These may include, but are not limited to, delays from our suppliers, interruptions in transportation services, adverse weather conditions, and changes in applicable regulations that may affect logistics and delivery times.

Although we always strive to meet our estimated timeframes, you should keep in mind that in exceptional cases, the processing time for your order may extend up to one month. These situations are rare and usually caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reach. Domestic orders (London) take approximately 7 to 24 business days. International orders usually take 7 to 15 business days.

It is important to recognize that, even though we do everything possible to ensure fast and timely deliveries, there are factors outside our control that may affect shipping times. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled. Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. If you have any issue, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

ARE ORDERS SHIPPED EVERY DAY?

Packages are not processed or shipped on weekends or local holidays.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS IN AN ORDER SHIPPED TOGETHER?

If you ordered multiple different products (for example: a jacket and sneakers), we may ship them in multiple packages. This is because we ship from different locations (mainly the United States and Europe). Don’t worry if your first package doesn’t contain all items; the rest will arrive in subsequent shipments.

Deliveries are managed by local courier companies, such as Quality Post, J&T Express, Bigsmart MX, Correos, and others.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIME?

If you have not received your order within 40 business days, you must contact us as soon as possible.

WHAT DOES PRIORITY SHIPPING OFFER?

Priority Shipping offers processing priority in the factory, as our products are handmade and sometimes require more time. With this service, your order will be processed as quickly as possible and before other orders. It also includes loss and theft insurance for any unforeseen event such as theft, loss, or shipping damage.

Shipping time remains the same for all orders: 7 to 24 business days.

CAN THERE BE SHIPPING DELAYS?

Yes. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of RomeroMéxico and the courier service.

However, we guarantee 100% that you will receive your order.

These factors may include, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, during promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Since customs procedures are beyond the control of RomeroMéxico, we cannot guarantee the absence of customs incidents, such as returns to our factories. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE CUSTOMS CHECKS?

The buyer is responsible for customs issues and additional customization fees.

Shipping costs and government fees are non-refundable.

Returned or Misdelivered Shipments
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete information when making a purchase, including:
Customer Name, Email, Phone Number, Street and Number, Neighborhood, City, State, Postal Code.
If any information is missing, Anna&Mia will not be responsible for delivery failures.
