At Anna&Mia, we want our customers to make responsible purchases, so we kindly ask you to read all policies carefully before placing an order.


HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, it CANNOT be canceled. Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same business day. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

To request a return, you must contact us and explain your case. Please reach out by clicking here or emailing us at contact@annamialondon.com. and we will resolve it immediately.

Returns apply only to products with manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damaged products.


WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any signs of use, and within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns for any other justified reason are subject to the current return policy. No return requested after 14 days will be accepted.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be issued only after analyzing the condition of the product(s). The item must show no signs of use, such as scratches or dirt, and must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.


HOW WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?

Once a return is accepted, the refund and the method used to issue it may vary depending on the condition of the product, the time elapsed since delivery, and the original payment method.


WHERE AND HOW ARE RETURNS SHIPPED?

Returns must be shipped to our warehouses located in Asia. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To proceed with a return, please click here or email contacto@mariacamila-vina.com, so we can inform you of the correct shipping address for your case.

Claims, returns, or refunds will not be accepted if the purchase was not made according to the product specifications or the sizing guidelines.


IS NATIONAL SHIPPING FREE?

Free shipping applies only to the initial shipment. If additional exchanges are made, shipping costs will be charged to the customer starting from the second shipment. We encourage responsible purchasing.


WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF REFUND COUPONS?

Coupons issued due to returns or manufacturing defects are valid for 60 business days from the date they are provided.


WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR IS MORE EXPENSIVE?

If the product you want to exchange for has a higher price than the original item, you must pay the difference.

For any order valued above 1500GBP, you should consider using a secure anti-loss or anti-theft shipping option.

Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs and government fees are non-refundable.

Responsibility for Returned or Misdelivered Shipments
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete information when placing an order, including:
Name, Email, Phone Number, Street and Number, Neighborhood, City, State, and Postal Code.
If any information is missing, Anna&Mia will not be responsible for delivery issues.

Misunderstandings or Policy Issues
The Terms & Conditions of our return policy take precedence in cases of misunderstanding.
